What is the maximum capacity for a wedding at Azure Sands?

Our venue can accommodate up to 150 guests for a seated reception and up to 200 for a cocktail-style reception. For more intimate ceremonies, we also offer packages for smaller groups starting from 20 guests.

Do you offer all-inclusive wedding packages?

Yes, we offer three comprehensive packages (Essentials, Luxury, and Signature) that include venue rental, catering, coordination, and various amenities. We also provide customizable options to tailor the package to your specific needs.

What happens in case of bad weather?

We have a beautiful indoor pavilion with panoramic ocean views that serves as our weather backup plan. This elegant space can accommodate ceremonies and receptions while still providing the beach wedding atmosphere you desire.

How far in advance should we book our wedding?

We recommend booking 12-18 months in advance, especially for popular dates during peak season (April-October). However, we occasionally have availability for shorter notice bookings, so please contact us to check current availability.

Can we bring in our own vendors?

We have a list of preferred vendors that we highly recommend as they are familiar with our venue and consistently deliver exceptional service. However, we are open to working with your chosen vendors, subject to approval and a small outside vendor fee.
